Pangaea – eine Welt, ein Mensch
Als Pangaea bezeichnet man einen Urkontinent, in dem alle Landmassen der Erde miteinander noch verbunden waren. Der Deutsche Meteorologe und Polar-/Geowissenschaftler Alfred Lothar Wegener prägte den Namen, den er vom Altgriechischen „πᾶς pās pan“ = ganz, all und „γαῖα gāia“ = Erde, Land ableitete.
Wenn wir also alle von einem einzigen Kontinent abstammten, alle eine gemeinsame Erde bewohnten, somit alle einst eins waren, wie konnte es dann geschehen, dass man nur 150 Millionen Jahre danach – das Universum ist vor ca. 13,8 Milliarden Jahren entstanden und unser Sonnensystem mit der Erde vor etwa 4,6 Milliarden Jahren – so schnell seinen gemeinsamen Ursprung vergessen hatte?
Das wäre vergleichbar mit einer Blume die ihre Pflanzenherkunft zum Baum vergäße, obwohl sie beide nach wie vor das gleiche Licht und Wasser benötigten.

Pangaea – one world, one human
Pangaea or Pangea is the name of a supercontinent where all continents once formed a contiguous land mass. The German meteorologist and polar researcher/ geophysicist Alfred Lothar Wegener derived its name from Ancient Greek ‚pan πᾶν‘ = all, entire, whole and ‚Gaia Γαῖα‘ = Mother Earth, land.
If we would all descended from one continent, we all would inhabited one earth, therefore all have been one once, how could it happen that only 150 million years later – universe arised about 13.8 billion years ago and our solar system with planet earth approx. 4.6 billion years ago – everyone had forgotten the common origin?
This would be being comparable to a flower which would be forgetting its plantal origin to a tree although both still would be needing the same light and water.
