Gibt es wirklich sinnvolle Regeln, wie man leben sollte, ohne in seiner Freiheit eingeschränkt zu sein?
Ja, für mich auf jeden Fall.
Die eine, einzige Regel.
Sie ist auch als goldene Regel bekannt, auf Lateinisch regula aurea.
„Behandle andere so, wie du von ihnen behandelt werden willst.“
Sie ging im Laufe der Jahrhunderte auch als Sprichwort in den allgemeinen Sprachgebrauch über.
„Was du nicht willst, dass man dir tu’, das füg auch keinem andern zu.“
Man findet sie dem Inhalt gemäß im Konfuzianismus, Hinduismus, Buddhismus, Urchristentum als auch Islam.
Also eine Regel mit universeller Gültigkeit.

Does a reasonable rule exist how we should live without being limited in our freedom?
To me a resounding yes.
The one and only rule.
Its known as the golden rule, in Latin called regula aurea.
‚Treat others as you would like others to treat you.‘
Through the centuries it found its way as a proverb to common usage.
‚Do not treat others in ways that you would not like to be treated.‘
You can find its content according to the mind in the Confucianism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity and as well the Islam.
A rule with universal validity.
